WorkshopsA changing world needs people who can look beyond old mindsets and challenge assumptions. In addition to our guided tours, Dialogue in the Dark Singapore also conducts workshops for your school or company. Our workshops are facilitated by both blind trainers and sighted specialists. Our Educational Workshops are designed for Primary and Secondary school students. Students will learn: - empathy (understanding how the blind interact in day-to-day life)
- non-visual communication (speaking and listening skills)
- confidence (overcoming fears)
- self-awareness (of who, what they are)
We also hold Executive Workshops geared towards working professionals. These sessions involve group challenges that must be completed in total darkness. Our Executive Workshops focus on: - leadership (change management, creativity, trust, self-reflection)
- diversity (recognition of potential, respect, identity building)
- communication (active listening, empathy, clarity)
- teambuilding (collaboration, team spirit, shared success)
