Dialogue in the Dark Executive Workshops provide a fresh kind of experiential learning that is hands-on and thought-provoking!
In complete darkness, blind guides will lead you and your colleagues through a series of ordinary situations that are experienced extraordinarily without eyesight. Participants report enhanced perception and communication, a greater sense of empathy and solidarity, gratitude for their senses, and respect for those who see the world differently. Guided by a blind trainer, participants complete tasks without visual cues.
