Seah Kek Hua, Wesley
Age: 43 Wesley lost his sight partially in 2002. He tried in vain to seek a medical explanation for the sudden occurrence. Despite the emotional setback, he has displayed admirable grit and perseverance to soldier on.
An entrepreneur at heart, he has remained active in the working world. Wesley believes in keeping an open mind and enjoys updating himself of the latest technology available on the market. Wesley is thankful to be part of DiD in increasing the profile of people with visual impairment as he feels it is important to raise awareness among the general public.
In addition, he aspires to enhance human resource excellence by assuming the role as one of the trainer guide for DiD executive workshop. Wesley is especially glad that there is the building up of belief and trust in the capabilities of people with visually impairment, that they are independent and can be relied on to fulfil assigned tasks competently. |
