Booking your visit - Opening hours: 9am to 6pm
- Daily tour schedule:
- First tour begins at 9am and the last tour at 5pm.
- Tours are offered at 15 minute intervals.

- Adult: $20
- Child / Student (Aged 9 and above): $12
- Family Package (2 Adults + 2 Children aged 9 and above): $60

Note: Please use the school group booking form to book your tours early. Before your visit - Prior booking is strongly encouraged as only a limited number of people can be allowed into the darkened rooms at one time. If the tour is full, visitors who have not booked tickets may need to wait for a later timeslot when space is available.
- As the tour is in complete and total darkness, all light emitting devices such as watches, cell phones, cameras, or glow-in-the-dark items must be taken off before entering. Lockers will be provided for your personal belongings.
- An adult must accompany all children under 12. Dialogue in the Dark Singapore is not recommended for children under the age of 9.
- Visitors who require special arrangements (eg. use of a wheelchair) are asked to contact us before booking. Electric wheelchairs will not be allowed on the tour. We will provide a manual wheelchair and a special guide.
- Outside food or beverages are not allowed, but as part of the experience, drinks can be purchased during the tour (with cash only).
